The Wave Fundraising Opportunity

The Wave is pleased to announce their new Fund Raising Participation Program. The Wave makes holding a Fund Raising Car Wash event easy! We provide the facility, information sheets, and the car wash cards. All you need to provide are the contributors who are in need of a clean vehicle!

Who Qualifies:

Churches, Schools, Local Service Clubs — any non-profit organization

Contact The Wave Carwash at (360) 413-0177 and make an appointment. The office is located at 185 Marvin Rd SE, Lacey, WA (located next to Oil Can Henry's in Hawks Prairie). You will need to bring a driver’s license and credit card. There is no money due at the beginning of your fundraiser. The credit card is used as security and will not be charged unless required to do so.

You will receive a minimum quantity of 100 basic wash cards at the beginning of your fundraiser. The wash cards retail for $7.00 and are good for the Rip Tide Wash. You may charge whatever you feel the market will support for each wash card. Your profit margin is completely up to you.

The Wave wants to keep in touch with you throughout your fundraiser. Reconciliation and payment in full is due on the date agreed upon in the thirty (30) day contractual agreement. If additional wash cards are necessary to extend your campaign, we will provide them for you. A new contract will be signed at that time.

At the time of reconciliation, your organization will be charged as follows:

• If you sell between 1 - 249, we charge you $5.00 per wash card.

• If you sell between 250 - 499, we charge you $4.75 per wash card.

• If you sell 500 or more we charge you $4.50 per wash card.

• Example: You sell 1,000 wash cards for $7.00 each = $7,000. 1,000 X $4.50 = $4,500 is due to The Wave.

• Your organization earned $7,000 - $4,500 = $2,500.

Once your organization is ready to begin fund-raising, just split up the car wash cards among the members of your organization and start selling!

The wash cards are not redeemable with any other coupons/specials. They are not redeemable for cash and only one wash card per vehicle.
